Terms Of Subscription

1. General Provisions

• Vindocs (hereinafter – the “Provider”) offers subscription-based access to vehicle data and history services (hereinafter – the “Service”) through its platform (hereinafter – the “Site”).

• This Agreement governs the relationship between Business Clients (B2B) (hereinafter – “Subscribers”) and the Provider. By subscribing, Subscribers agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and auto-renewal clauses. The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Subscription Terms

• The Subscription grants recurring access to Credits, which may be redeemed for Vehicle History Reports as outlined in the Service guidelines.

• Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Pricing may change, and renewals reflect the current rate published on Vindocs.com.

• Credits purchased through the Subscription **do not expire** and remain available in the Subscriber’s Account indefinitely, even after cancellation or termination of the Subscription.

3. Subscription Management

• Subscriptions are activated via Vindocs.com. Business Clients must create an Account and provide valid billing details.

• Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time through Account settings. Payments for the active cycle are non-refundable.

• The Provider reserves the right to terminate Subscriptions and void active Credits **only** in cases of fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity.

4. Credits Policy

• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used for Services on Vindocs.

• Unused Credits remain in the Account permanently and are accessible even after Subscription cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Reports. Subscribers assume all risks associated with reliance on Report data.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for losses or damages arising from Subscriber use of the Service.

6. Modifications to Terms

• The Provider may amend this Agreement unilaterally. Subscribers will receive email notification of changes at least five days prior to implementation. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

• The Provider may suspend or terminate Subscriber access to the Service at its discretion. Termination does not affect the validity of unused Credits.
